A bathroom is the smallest room in the house and one of the hardest to remodel. It’s got plumbing, tile, waterproofing, electrical, ventilation, cabinetry, and paint all crammed into a space where nothing can be off by more than a hair. Get one piece wrong and you’ve got a leak behind the wall, a shower pan that doesn’t drain, or a vanity that doesn’t line up with the plumbing.

When something needs a licensed plumber or electrician, we coordinate it so you’re not chasing three different companies to figure out whose fault the delay is.

A pretty bathroom that leaks is a very expensive mistake. Here’s what we do on every bathroom that most people never see.
We waterproof showers with a proper membrane system, not just cement board and hope. We slope shower pans correctly so water goes to the drain, not into the corner. We check the subfloor for rot around the old tub and toilet, because there almost always is some, and we replace it. We make sure the exhaust fan vents outside, not into the attic. And we don’t bury anything until the crew leader has looked at it.
That’s the part of the job that separates a bathroom that lasts twenty years from one that has to be redone in five.
We come out, look at the space, talk through what you want and what’s realistic, and take measurements. We’ll tell you honestly what’s worth doing and what isn’t.
You get a written estimate with a project plan: what’s being done, in what order, with what materials, and what it costs. We help you pick tile, vanity, and fixtures, and we’ll bring samples.

We inspect during the job and twice at the end, crew leader and project manager, before we bring you in for the final walk. Every bathroom gets checked before, during, and after.
Most hall bathrooms take one to three weeks depending on scope. We’ll give you a real timeline and keep you posted if anything shifts.
You’ll know when we’re starting, who’s in your house, and where we are in the process. If we open a wall and find something, you hear about it that day along with options and costs. Nothing gets decided for you and nothing shows up as a surprise on the final invoice. That’s a promise we take seriously.
